Our Locations

After operating for nine years on the Grant Regional Health Center campus, High Point Family Medicine, LLC moved to its current location on the corner of East Lincoln Avenue and Madison St (Hwy 61) in June 2017. High Point's location is ideal for the business, not only for public visibility and patient accessibility, but also due to its proximity to Grant Regional Health Center. When you are in the hospital, High Point physicians are just a short walk away.

We welcome walk-in acute care for established patients at our Lancaster location on Monday mornings from 7am-8am.

We have been serving our patients in Fennimore from the beginning, but as of January 2024 we have a new location. We can now be found inside of Grant Regional's newly constructed building on Lafollette street. There will now be onsite x-ray and physical therapy services.
