Karen Farris, DO

Dr. Farris joined High Point Family Medicine, LLC in 2025. She completed her medical degree at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine in North Carolina. She and her family then moved to Maine to complete her family medicine residency at Northern Light Family Medicine Residency. Dr. Farris enjoys the variety of full-spectrum family medicine with osteopathic manual manipulation. She finds delight in walking with women through childbearing years, pregnancies, deliveries, and raising children. Dr. Farris’s practice emphasizes holistic care and works to incorporate a variety of testing and treatment options from traditional medicine to alternative and integrative methods. Her training in Osteopathic Manual Manipulation (OMM) provides an additional avenue for treating and managing various complaints.

Dr. Farris has a strong commitment to developing balanced relationships with faith, her family, her community and her work. She and her husband, Stephan, are raising five children and love spending time seeking adventures together. They may be found taking in sporting events or playing board games or exploring outdoors or working on school together. Dr. Farris enjoys various hobbies from cooking and baking to reading to photography to travel!
